Girls Footy Trip

Today Kat and I went to Melbourne for the weekend. Discovered that we won't ever travel with Tiger Airways again and that if we stay at the Pensione in Melbourne we need a torch to find our room and ear plugs to block out the noise in the corridor but the location is great!

The biggest lesson learned and we should have known better is not to listen to Gemma when it comes to directions.

Friday Night we went to Draculars and had a great time and then on saturday we did a spot of shopping at Spencer Street DFO before we went and saw Port Adelaide get beat by Carlton. Then after the game a bit more shopping then back to the hotel to get changed to go to the Crowne Casino for tea and a look about. We did the city circuit on the Free Tram before heading for tea and then after a bit of time on the pokies headed back to bed.

Sunday we got up and headed to the airport via Bridgets - but she was still in bed. Dropped off Alex's birthday present and headed to the airport to check in and go and get some breakfast.
